TSL Certified Story Advisor Program Terms

Advisors are independent business owners, not employees, agents, franchisees, or affiliates of TSL. Advisors must identify themselves as an "Independent Certified Story Advisor" and may not make promises on behalf of TSL.

• Be at least 18 years old and pass Headquarters review of the application.
• Sign the partnership packet and pay the founding enrollment fee (currently $1,250 during beta).
• Complete onboarding training and pass the annual 50 question certification assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
• Territory and network placements are confirmed only in writing by Headquarters.

• Treat every family with compassion and patience. Never use pressure, coupon, or discount wording with grieving families.
• Use only approved materials. Custom wording, postcards and letters require Headquarters approval before use.
• Never send spam, make false claims, bid on TSL trademarks in paid search, or promise income.
• Never purchase through your own codes to earn commission, or pay people to buy.
• Never view, copy, or share private family content, sealed entries, or passwords.

• At least 40% of every qualified sale stays with TSL Headquarters.
• Certified Story Advisors earn 35%. Advisors not yet certified earn 30%.
• Sales you generate yourself, not referred by a Referral Partner, earn an extra 5 percentage points at every level.
• When a Referral Partner refers the client, the partner keeps the full 15%.
• Qualified Managers earn a 5% override on their team; qualified Vice Presidents earn 5%. Overrides require the monthly personal sale described in Appendix A.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid after certificate credits ($250 My Story, My Wishes; up to $500 Memorial Package).
• The $15 Family Vault certificate activation fee is a storage fee and pays no commission.

A sale qualifies when payment is received, the 7 day hold has passed, and the sale has not been refunded or charged back. If a sale is refunded within the refund period, the related commission is not paid.

• Paydays are the 15th and 30th of each month, with no commission fee.
• Payment by bank transfer or approved digital wallet such as Zelle or Cash App.
• Sponsor reward: $250 from a new Advisor's $1,250 enrollment, paid only after the new Advisor completes training and makes a first paid customer sale.
• Advisors are responsible for their own taxes. TSL issues tax forms such as the 1099 where required.

Use TSL names, logos, films, and materials only as provided. Do not register domains containing TSL trademarks. Stop all use when the relationship ends.

Keep confidential all customer information, compensation details, training, and non public business information. The separate Non Disclosure Agreement in the packet also applies.

Either party may end the relationship with written notice. TSL may suspend or end it for violations, unethical conduct, or harm to families or the brand. Earned commissions that pass the hold period are paid; confidentiality and brand rules continue.

TSL's liability is limited to earned, unpaid commissions. Advisors indemnify TSL against claims from their own conduct, marketing, or violations of law.

TSL may update these Program Terms with 30 days' notice; changes to compensation require written consent. Arizona law governs, with venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.
